Nominations now being accepted for the ACS Hall of Fame Class of 2025

The Anderson Education Foundation (AEF) has opened up nominations for the Anderson Community Schools (ACS) Hall of Fame Class of 2025. This year’s honorees will be inducted at a special program on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

Every other year the ACS Hall of Fame honors exemplary graduates who have achieved distinction, outstanding accomplishment, or significant contribution within their professions, communities, or personal lives. 

The following criteria is set forth for induction into the ACS Hall of Fame:

  1. Is a graduate of Anderson High School, Highland High School or Madison Heights High School and has been out of high school a minimum of ten years.
  2. Has a special achievement within the nominee’s profession.
  3. Has received honors, awards, or other recognitions on a local, regional, national and/or international level.
  4. Has demonstrated community service, leadership and character.
  5. Both living and deceased alumni are eligible for nomination .

AEF was created in 1978 to serve as a bridge between the community and Anderson Community Schools (ACS). AEF's mission is to provide resources for educators to enrich and expand educational opportunities for students in Anderson Community Schools. The AEF is a proud member of the Indiana Association of Public Education Foundations (INAPEF).
